Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all RIHOAS tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
